Day 1 – June 29, 2022

Lunch:

1 cup of rice, 1 serving egg-drop soup, 1 serving of Pork Steak, 1 serving Beef Broccoli with Mushrooms, 1 piece Lakatan Banana

PM Snack

1 serving Chicken sandwich, canned pineapple juice (240ml)

Dinner                                  

1 cup of rice,1 serving Chicken inasal,1 serving pork adobo, 1 cup of Sauteed Sayote and Baguio Beans, 1 bottled purified water (500 ml), 1 piece apple

 

 

Day 2- June 30, 2022                               

Breakfast                             

1 cup of rice, fried egg (sunny side-up), fried boneless bangus with sliced tomatoes and blanched kamote tops

AM Snack                             

1 cup ginataang bilo-bilo, 1 glass of Iced tea

Lunch                                    

1 cup of rice,1 serving pork menudo, 1 serving sinigang na bangus, 1 slice of watermelon

PM Snack                             

1 serving Palabok,1 glass of buko juice

Dinner                                  

1 cup of rice, 1 serving lechon kawali with atsara,1 serving chopsuey,  1 piece ponkan

Day 3- July 01, 2022                                 

Breakfast                             

1 cup of rice, 2 pieces longanisa, 1 piece tortang talong, 1 slice ripe papaya

Snacks                                  

1 slice cassava cake, 1 cup Hot Choco

Lunch                                    

1 cup rice,1 serving pinakbet, 1 slice fried boneless bangus, 1 piece banana, 1 purified bottled water (355 ml)

*Free access to the internet and swimming pool

The Schools Division Office of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as the procuring entity, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites qualified suppliers/bidders to quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the above-mentioned project, subject to the Terms and Condition stated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Duly signed and sealed envelopes compliant with the requirements mentioned in the RFQ may be submitted at the Division Office not later than June 27, 2022, 9:00 A.M.

The BAC shall proceed with the opening of envelopes following the provisions of Small Value Procurement, and upon receipt of at least one (1) quotation on the date of deadline of submission.
