SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE DIVISION TRAINING ON HIGHER-ORDER THINKING SKILLS PROFESSIONAL LEARNING PACKAGE FOR GRADE 9-10 ENGLISH, SCIENCE AND MATH TEACHERS

Notice is hereby issued to declare the POSTPONEMENT of the Opening of Bids of the above-stated projects scheduled on 13 November 2023 in view of the declared Public Holiday in Pangasinan in commemoration of the late Speaker Eugenio Perez as enshrined in Republic Act No. 6721 or ‘An Act Declaring November Thirteen of Each Year Special Public Holiday in the Province of Pangasinan’.

In addition, under Section 29 of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 as stated, “In case the bids cannot be opened as scheduled due to justifiable reasons, the BAC shall take custody of the bids submitted and reschedule the opening of bids on the next working day or the soonest possible time through the issuance of Notice of Postponement to be posted in the PHILGEPS website and the website of the procuring entity concerned”.

As such the Opening of Bids of the project stated herein is hereby rescheduled on 14 November 2023 at 10:30 A.M.

The deadline for the submission of bids remains as scheduled until 13 November 2023 at 10:00 A.M. The records unit is open on the said day and time.
