PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF SMART TV FOR THE PROVISION OF LEARNING RESOURCES FOR SY 2022-2023 IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (BE-LCP)

 

The Schools Division Office of San Carlos City Bids and Awards Committee would like to inform you of the following additional instructions and amendments made on the Bidding Documents for the abovementioned project to wit:

1. SECTION VII. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PAGE 35, ITEM DESCRIPTION, OTHERS/CERTIFICATIONS

 

·         The service provider should have a copyright of the LMS granted by the National Library

 

·         LMS should be compliant with DepEd implemented guide and specifications

 

·         The Service Provider should deliver Customized Learning Management System which shall include but not limited to the following features:

a.    can be the repository for centralized learning materials/resources which shall include those from the SDO;

b.    have flexible reporting and analytics that align with e-learning objectives;

c.     allows asynchronous learning for students; and,

d.    contains audio-visual lessons.

 

·         The Service Provider should install the customized Learning Management System (LMS) after the inspection made by the Division Inspectorate Team.

 

·         The Learning Management System (LMS) shall have no expiration.

 

·         Preferably the panel type is IPS (In Plane Switching) 

 

·         Back-to-back dealership would mean authorized dealership of the product.

 

2. SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID PAGE 9, ITEM NO. 7, PARAGRAPH 2:

 

Each Bidder shall submit one (1) copy original and two (2) hardcopies of the first and

second components of its bid. Soft Copy (Excel File) of the Financial Documents and

Scanned Copy (PDF File Format) of Technical and Financial Documents, properly organized in a CD file shall also be submitted. Late submitted bids shall not be accepted.

2. SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID PAGE 9, ITEM NO. 7, PARAGRAPH 2:

The prospective supplier/s shall bring a complete sample of the Goods on the day of the Opening of Bids for checking by the members of the Bids and Awards Committee and the members of the TWG.

3. Section II. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS PAGE 17, ITEM NO. 16. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION (Section 16.2 additional)

 

The prospective supplier/s shall bring a complete sample of the Goods on the day of the Opening of Bids for checking by the members of the Bids and Awards Committee and the members of the TWG.

 

On the scheduled opening of bids, the prospective service provider shall also present the LMS before the Bids and Awards Committee, and the Technical Working Group.

 

 

All other provisions of the bidding documents which are not affected shall remain in force and in effect.
