The Schools Division Office of San Carlos City, through the Bids and Awards Committee, informs all the prospective bidders that the Pre-bid Conference for the abovementioned project has been moved to April 24, 2023, 10:00 A.M. at the Ground Floor of the New Building, Schools Division Office of San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

The deadline for Bid submission of bid is re-scheduled to May 8, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. The bid opening will be held on May 8, 2023, at 10:30 A.M. at the Ground Floor of the New Building, Schools Division Office of San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

All other provisions of the bidding documents which are not affected shall remain in force and in effect.
