· ACCOMMODATION (TRAINING VENUE) a. PLENARY SESSION and Venues of the Opening and Closing Programs · 1 Fully – Airconditioned Function Hall (good for at least 300 pax) , equipped with Audio Visual System (LED Screen – 74inches x 118 inches, Microphones, among others) · Can be used as one of the venues of the Break Out Session after the Plenary /Opening Program · With in-house audio technicians with internet connectivity Presence of separate comfort rooms for male and female with wash area (at least 2 cubicles per comfort room) · Presence of Dining Area within the Function Hall Basic venue set-up following the preferred color motif (blue-yellow-red) Presence of at least 15 uniformed well-trained servers · b. BREAK OUT SESSIONS 2 additional separate Fully Airconditioned FUNCTION HALLS Each Function Hall can accommodate at least 100 pax, equipped with Audio Visual System (LED Screen , Microphones, among others) and in-house audio technicians with internet connectivity Presence of separate comfort rooms for male and female per function hall with wash area (at least 2 cubicles per comfort room) Dining Area within the Function Hall Basic venue set-up following the preferred color motif (blue-yellow-ed) Presence of at least 6 uniformed well-trained servers per function hall

All other provisions of the bidding documents which are not affected shall remain in force and effect.
