The Schools Division Office of San Carlos City, Pangasinan hereinafter referred to as the procuring entity through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites to quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the above-mentioned project, subject to the Terms and Condition of this request for Quotation (RFQ) Documents. Quotation may be submitted at the Division Office not later than September 21, 2020 @ 9:00 A.M. upon receipt of at least three (3) quotations on the submission of the deadline; the BAC shall open the quotations.
